- No-weld construction: laser-cut S355 steel, press-brake folded, fully bolted — every fixing visible and serviceable

Right Then — Here's What We've Been Building
Make no mistake, most heavy bag brackets are the same story: cheap welded tube, mystery steel, paint that gives up in a month. We wanted something different for BoxingLookout — a proper piece of British engineering you'd be happy to put your name on. So there are no welds on this bracket. None.
Every part is laser-cut from thick S355 mild steel, folded on a press brake, and bolted together with hardware you can see, check and re-torque. A 10 mm wall plate, an 8 mm folded main arm, a folded diagonal brace, and a twin-plate clevis holding an M16 pin in double shear. If you know, you know.

Welds hide their secrets. Bolts don't. The V1's folded-and-bolted construction means every joint is inspectable, every fastener is replaceable, and the whole bracket arrives flat-packed and assembles with normal spanners. It's designed for home gyms, boxing clubs, PT studios and serious garage setups — anywhere with a solid structural wall that deserves proper kit hanging off it.
