Bio

Abdullah Mason is the youngest male world champion in boxing and the pride of Cleveland, Ohio. A slick, spiteful southpaw, he turned professional as a teenager and tore through the lightweight division, racking up a perfect 20-0 record with 17 of those wins coming by knockout.

Mason announced himself on the world stage in November 2025 when he outpointed Sam Noakes to lift the vacant WBO lightweight title, becoming a world champion before his 22nd birthday. It capped a rapid rise built on genuine one-punch power in both hands and a maturity in the ring that belies his years.

What sets Mason apart is his patience. He sets traps, reads his opponents, and then finishes with brutal efficiency. On July 4, 2026 he makes the first defence of his belt against unbeaten fellow Ohioan Albert Bell in Cleveland, headlining the first edition of TNT's new monthly boxing series. Make no mistake — this lad is being tipped for the very top of the sport.
