John Riel Casimero
Quadro Alas
Bio
John Riel Casimero is one of the most explosive little men of his era — a three-division world champion from the Philippines with genuine fight-ending power in both hands. 'Quadro Alas' is 36-5-1 with 25 knockouts, and on his night he remains one of the most dangerous finishers in the sport.
Casimero is unorthodox, unpredictable and utterly fearless. He throws from strange angles, switches gears without warning and carries the kind of spite that turns competitive fights into highlight reels in a single exchange. He has never been a fighter for the cautious — he comes to take you out.
After a few quieter years, the 37-year-old rolled back the clock in spectacular fashion on June 6, 2026 at the Aichi Sky Expo in Japan, destroying former two-weight world champion Luis Nery. He decked Nery three times in the first round alone and six times in total before the referee waved it off in the fourth — a vintage, violent statement.
Now Casimero wants the biggest fish of all. He grabbed the microphone after the Nery win and called out pound-for-pound king Naoya Inoue, a fight he has chased for years. Whether it is wise or not, nobody can question the ambition — or the punch power — of Quadro Alas.
