Joshua Buatsi is one of the classiest operators in the light heavyweight division — a Rio 2016 Olympic bronze medallist from Croydon who has spent his whole career mixing at or near world level.
At 20-1 with 13 knockouts, Buatsi's only defeat came in February 2025, when he lost a unanimous decision to Callum Smith with the WBO interim title on the line — a genuine pick'em fight that many observers had close. He bounced straight back with a hard-fought win over twelve rounds in November 2025 and sits at No. 2 in the WBO rankings.
