Lerrone Richards is one of the most underrated technicians in British boxing. The unbeaten Londoner is a rangy, slick operator with a beautiful jab and the kind of ring IQ that frustrates punchers and turns fights into chess matches. He has been a clear level above domestic opposition for years and is now ready to announce himself on the world stage.

What sets Richards apart is his boxing brain. He controls distance superbly, picks his shots, and rarely gets dragged into the kind of firefight that gets a slick boxer hurt. At 33, he knows exactly who he is, and he has the experience to box smart over twelve rounds.
