Shane Mosley Jr

Bio

Shane Mosley Jr is the son of a boxing legend and he has spent his whole career proving he is more than a famous surname. Born in Pomona, California, he turned professional in 2014 with a knockout inside a minute, and he has been in with proper opposition ever since.

He is a big middleweight who has been in with real opposition. His best win to date came over former world champion Daniel Jacobs in 2024, a unanimous decision in Anaheim that showed he could handle a high-level operator over twelve rounds.

He signed with Zuffa Boxing earlier this year and beat Serhii Bohachuk in Las Vegas in May. Since then he has been calling out Callum Walsh, and now he is lined up to face WBO champion Denzel Bentley on November 7 at the Copper Box in London, if the sanctioning body allows it.

Make no mistake, this is the biggest night of Mosley's career. He is a solid fighter and a name that sells tickets, but against a pressure fighter like Bentley he will need to be at his sharpest. If he gets the chance, he has to take it.
