Bio
Stephen "Cool Boy Steph" Fulton is a former undisputed super bantamweight world champion from North Philadelphia who has reinvented himself two weight classes up. The slick boxing IQ, the ring generalship and the body work are the same. He has just brought them to 130 pounds.
Fulton was unified WBC and WBO 122 pound champion before Naoya Inoue collected both belts in Tokyo. Since the rebuild he has gone up to 126 and then up again to 130, picking off contenders and rebuilding the resume. His last fight was the December 2025 loss to O'Shaquie Foster in San Antonio for the WBC super featherweight belt — a clean and clinical points defeat that did nothing to dent his place in the wider 130 picture.
At 31 he is in his prime. The Fulton 2026 question is whether the rebuild stays at 130 with another title shot, or whether the team look at the lightweight division for the bigger names. Class is permanent.
