Right then, Tyler Denny is one of the most underrated British fighters of his generation and the record does not begin to tell his story. The Rowley Regis man is 21-5-3 with just 2 knockouts, and if you judge him on that alone you will get him badly wrong.
Denny won the European middleweight title the hard way, on the road and against the odds, after a career that had already been written off more than once. He is a proper craftsman — he does not have power, so everything he gets he takes with timing, positioning and sheer bloody-mindedness.
In Dublin in August 2026 he dropped Callum Walsh's unbeaten aura down a peg by surviving ten rounds after putting the Cork man under early pressure, only to be comprehensively outworked on the cards. He lost, but he made the favourite work for every minute of it.
