Mariusz Wach, known as "The Viking", is a Polish heavyweight veteran who has been a professional for over two decades. Standing 6ft 7in, he is a big, durable presence who has shared the ring with some of the biggest names of his era, including a shot at the unified world titles back in 2012.

Now 46 years old, Wach carries a record of 39-13 with 20 knockouts. He has never been an easy man to look good against — his size and toughness have consistently taken opponents into rounds they would rather have avoided.

On July 24, 2026, Wach travels to the Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand to face Tyson Fury in the Gypsy King's second bout since coming out of retirement. It is a step up in class for the veteran, but a proper occasion, with ticket proceeds heading to charity.
