Mark Jeffers is the British super-middleweight you're going to be hearing more about in 2026. The Wakefield man has quietly built a 16-1 record on the Yorkshire circuit and has been rewarded with a step up to a DAZN-televised crossroads fight against Kieron Conway at The Halls in Wolverhampton on May 2.
Stylistically he's a tall orthodox boxer-puncher with a sharp jab and decent feet. The 16-1 record won't blow you away on paper, but he's been winning the right fights against the right opposition — which matters more than knockout highlights when you're climbing the British rankings.
Beating Conway lands Jeffers in the British 168-pound title conversation by autumn. Losing badly, on the other hand, will make this a very expensive step up. The opportunity is enormous and the matchmaking has been savvy. Saturday is the test.
