Bio

Vlad Panin is a hard-nosed super welterweight who has quietly built a twenty-five win career on a very simple principle: hit the body until the head becomes available.

He is not flashy and he does not need to be. Panin walks forward, digs to the ribs, and waits for the guard to sag. Once it does, he is heavy enough upstairs to finish. His current run is four straight knockouts, which is not the sort of streak you assemble by accident.

On 12 September 2026 in Las Vegas he stopped Dakota Linger in the fourth round on the Garcia-Benn prelims. He nearly had him inside the first with a body attack that had the ringside doctor flagging concerns, then went back downstairs in the fourth, backed Linger to the ropes and forced Thomas Taylor to step in at 1:22.

It was his second win under the Zuffa Boxing banner and he used the post-fight to ask the matchmakers directly for a step up in class. On this evidence he has earned the right to ask.
